CD Release Recap
What a night!
A huge thank you to everyone who came to the double-breasted CD Release show this past Saturday. The place was packed. I took this pic from my vantage point behind my drums just before we started to play.

As you can see, we had a few friends there to perform with us. We had Uton, Chris, and Jodie in the choir, Amelia on violin, and Ken on timpani. Here’s a picture of the whole crew.

double-breasted: House Concert Footage
Last Saturday, I travelled south on the BQE, traversed two bridges to the NJ Turnpike, made a pit stop at Richard Stockton for car fuel and human fuel, and then headed west on the PA Turnpike. My final destination was the quaint little town of Malvern, PA, home to one of double-breasted’s top Kickstarter backers – Michele. She threw a soiree/living room concert and also invited her band, Victoria Spaeth and the Spaeth Cadets. In addition to the house concert, one of her rewards as a Kickstarter backer was to choose a cover song she’d like us to perform.
Thanks to the magic of YouTube, you can also enjoy her cover choice. Also, it’s her favorite song of all time. (No pressure, right?)

Canal Day: Saturday August 20th
My next performance is with double-breasted at an outdoor festival along the Morris Canal in Wharton, NJ. It’s a family-friendly event that starts at 10am. We play at noon under the gazebo.
