What a busy (and musical) weekend.
Friday, I played with double-breasted for a private event in the Montclair Art Museum in Montclair, NJ.
Saturday, I played with Hey Tiger at the Bloomfield HarvestFest in Bloomfield, NJ.
I loved watching this guy bust a move!
Then on Sunday, I got together with double-breasted to begin shooting a new music video for our song, “You Never Said Goodbye.” Here are some pictures I took as we shot the video. The “it could rain any second” weather on Sunday really lent itself quite well to the ominous mood of the song and video.
This past Sunday, Hey Tiger played a fundraiser event for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Tanks were pulled.
We rocked out on a flatbed truck.
Good times.
I took a trip out to Cedar Knolls, NJ last week to visit the WDHA FM studios with Hey Tiger. We did an interview and live video performance for Lindsay Klein’s new blog spotlighting NJ original music. The interview and performance should be posted in a few weeks. In the meantime, here’s a photo of us with Lindsay:
I’m happy to announce a number of exciting performances in August.
*Come for live music and fresh produce and garden items, artisan breads, hummus, specialty gourmet items, and homemade organic baked goods including chocolate, nuts, breads, cookies, scones. Yum.
*Tickets are free for guests dining in the Magnolia Room dining room. Otherwise, tickets are $10.00/adults, $7.00/children. Reservations suggested.
*This will be our third year at this annual outdoor festival. Always fun!
I recently recorded a live set with Hey Tiger for “Banding Together,” a webathon benefiting the Spondylitis Association of America. The webathon will take place from October 16 to October 18, with more than 50 acts. We’re honored to be part of the lineup, which includes performers such as Marcy Playground, Val Emmich, Readymade Breakup, Jonathan Andrew, and Joshua Van Ness.
Our set is scheduled to air on Friday, October 16th @ 6:30pm on blowupradio.com.
